Peace with God

Our faith is justified,
Because of the Crucified;
With having a peace in God,
For to give honor and laud.

But it is through Jesus Christ,
For who was once sacrificed;
That we have gotten this peace,
Letting us sign a new lease.

For the lease is a new life,
While being face with strife;
That is making us feel grim,
Through Christ we can approach Him.

So He helps when we are down,
Makes a smile from a frown;
Having the trust of no trap,
Since the cross bridges the gap.

As God gives us a new start,
His love pours into the heart;
For being also a friend,
In a life that will not end.

Relationship is restored,
Through Jesus Christ our Lord;
Demonstrating how much love,
That God truly has thereof.
