The Smoked Salmon
A woman came into a delicatesson
And saw a large smoked salmon on the counter
She said to the clerk
"That's a lovely salmon you have there -- start slicing."
The clerk started to slice
And she said, "Slice some more"
Until they reached the center of the fish.
The clerk thought, She must be having a great party.
And when he reached the middle of the fish
She said, "Now give me a quarter of a pound."
THE CLERK FAINTED.
And saw a large smoked salmon on the counter
