Insignificant! I could write a book
Someday someone will stop and take a look,
It will certainly open their eyes
That will be the time that I begin to rise.
People hear but they don`t listen to me
But one day they`ll hear and then they`ll see
That what I say is worth its weight in gold
Then my worth will begin to unfold.
I have been quiet and far too polite
And if I change people will get a fright,
This has got me nowhere ever so fast
Maybe I have woken up at last.
Maybe it`s time I came out of my shell
That could be the turning point who can tell,
I`ll boot `insignificant` out the door
I`ll stand and be counted that`s for sure.
I`ll not be just a pebble on the beach
But my full potential I aim to reach,
I`ll show people just who I really am
And on `insignificant` the door I`ll slam.
