There's Always Time

Well soon it will be two thousand ten,
and the New Year will kicking in.
With three hundred and sixty five more days,
to hope the world can change it's way.
So that when the next New Year is here,
Hopefully it will be filled with much more cheer.
I know we all wish we could stop the war,
that leaves humanity with a heart that's tore.
Seems one flag rises and another flag falls,
when they all say duty calls.
But I believe the highest duty for man to see,
is to have a world where we can all live free.
Free to love our fellow man,
free to take him by the hand.
Then lay all the tools of war to rest,
and let love thy neighbor be the only test.
