A Reasonable Faith
Wash yourselves and become clean,
The way that you should have been;
Your evil deeds like a blight,
Looks so ugly in my sight.
Start learning in doing good,
Helping others as you should;
Try to right things that are wrong,
So faith can start to grow strong.
Faith changes your attitude,
So you stop being so rude;
A willingness for to serve,
Others in your learning curve.
Though your sins are a bright red,
Christ ensures that you are fed;
With food to be white as snow,
Through His Spirit as you grow.
Though the red is very dark,
His Spirit leaves His trademark;
A whiteness shining so clean,
With leaving a glowing sheen.
If you will obey the quest,
Then you will eat of the best;
But to refuse and rebel,
Then you will go straight to hell.
