The world is dark for some today
Life seems a waste in mind it plays
A bigger role sometimes deceived
Is what will crowd what we believe
It pounds the heart and soul GOD loves
Making some think they're not thought of
To comprehend what takes not gives
Seems less not more is how one lives
No PhD do I proclaim to bring to light
Upon this site or in this write
But wisdom His tells me to try
To dry the tears tonight one cries
The pills prescribed to cloud the feel
Of absence in ones life appeals
To bring to end, to end it all
Before their time, before GOD calls
Each one of us will fall like prey
Depressed, withered in us this way
Seems like it's our only out
So wrong, these thoughts in us about
Gods will and mine for those who read
Wounded with loss, lifeless indeed
Will take a breath and reach to sky
Knowing Gods love will get us by
The years we live will bring much pain
No antidote will heal like rain
That falls from sky summoned by Him
Who knows the fight that you are in
Battle unseen inside of you
Bleeds outside and in plain view
Is daughter loved and son He made
To live not die by thoughts enslaved
Purpose will come and shed upon
It's fresh new take one thought was gone
To give what took the best of you
The boot, Adios, your new breakthrough
Depression knocks on everyone's door
