Beauty they say is in the eye of the beholder.
It is a thing complicated yet ever so simple.
If we like what we see then we think that is beautiful
even when through the eyes of another it is ghastly.
Such is sin and evil in the this world of ours,
we see it as a thing of beauty and something to hold dear.
Be-headings and bombings and holding others against
their will just to further ones cause is seen to them
as justified and pure, but all in all it is still
sinful and unjust in the eyes of the Lord.
True beauty is found in the service we do for God.
It is found in the wondrous glory of His chastising words for
God is not always kind,He must tell us when we are wrong,
and lead us back to the holy and righteous path.
God indeed is love and peace and joy, but there are times
when we must be rebuked for our sinful evil ways.
God does not want us to know pain,fear,strife and anger,nor for us
to have to face His holy wrath that is why my friends He
has paid the steepest of prices to bring us near to Him.
Love is the reason Christ died upon the tree,the ultimate sacrifice
laid uon the alter before a loving God to erase the terrible power
of sin and evil's hold in our lives.
