Shadrach,Meshach,and Abednigo,
three praying and faithful men,
thrown into King Darius' fiery furnace
and left there to burn.
But in the flames they did not
mourn their terrible fate,
instead they worshiped and prayed.
When the guards looked in they saw that
Shadrach,Meshach,and Abednigo
were not alone.
For the Lord heard their prayers,
and by their side did stand.
Now Daniel was cast into a hungry den
of lions one day for praying to his God
in defiance to the kings edict.
He did not cry and mourn his fate.
Instead he stood tall in his faith
and was left unharmed before the crowd.
So my friends can you now see the power
of worship,faith and earnest prayer?
