I was glad when they said to me,
"Let us go to church."
For there we shall find insight
and relief from all our fears.
Our spirits there will soar in
praise and our hearts will be uplifted.
The wonderful Word of the Lord
will be gloriously expounded,
His wondrous precepts revealed.
There our souls shall find comfort
and we shall know the beauty of
joyous fellowship with the brethren
of Christ our Majestic Lord.
