Changing Plans
Things that hold a purpose,
Are not always in plans;
Would cause you to trespass,
On the evil that spans.
Possible sinful way,
If I keep on the path;
And do not want to stray,
To get caught in the wrath.
Because of Jesus Christ,
My plans will remain true;
But sometimes sacrificed,
That shift to continue.
For the Lord is my guide,
He will never forsake;
And He never has lied,
Which way that I should take.
God tells me where to go,
Which way being the best;
That the blessings will flow,
As to finish the quest.
I want to hear Him say,
When my task has been done;
Seeing on Judgment Day,
Good work my faithful son.
