after experiencing the tasty bliss
of a passionate kiss, i'm no longer looking for LOVE
i have nothing to contribute to the millions of drops
from broken hearts' tears,
which rival the waters of the great FLOOD
a humble poet spends a lot of time alone,
no longer in need of a sensuous HUG
the passionate vessel called the U.S.S. Intimacy
is no longer floating through the thick rivers of my BLOOD
my heart is capable,
but i no longer desire to put forth emotional WORK
besides, scientists have yet to invent
a type of bulletproof vest which protect against being HURT.
without a significant other,
a humble poet can now concentrate
on spending quality time with Sweet Mother EARTH
