God has given so many blessings to me
So today I want to thank Him for my Sis Sherrie
We both suffered the loss of our only sister
I know it was in God's plan for me to meet her
Even though time gets away from both of us
Our bond of heart adopted sisters mean so very much
For it's truly been sealed by the love of Jesus
This precious bond made by Him we know we can trust
In fact I bet in heaven Vicky and Fran have met
For we'll all know bonds of loved ones by their spirit
Time and time again I see Jesus' plans are perfect
This is the one thing we can always be sure of
For what the devil meant for bad God will turn around
Knowing our precious loved ones are in Jesus arms now
For there is no doubt they called out to Him
And by His loving mercy and grace He welcomed them
We've all had to say good-bye to ones we loved so much
Yet Jesus is faithful to send the comforter to us
Through His divine love He'll send others into our lives
To comfort and console us in troubled times
So as you read this poem my Sis Sherrie you'll see
It was in God's master plan for us to eventually meet
Unlike the many others that live so far away
You and I are close in distance to embrace someday
Until that day arrives I want you to know
My heart adopted sister this bond will daily grow
I know it won't be long before we meet face to face
This too is in His plan for the right time and right place
