Poetic-Verses
on the streets
The temperatures dropped to an all time low
The full moon shinning , casting serene shadows;
The tarmac glistens, the roads are dead!
gardens are petrified waiting to be fed.
Some Bedrooms are glowing with TV screens,
Other knowing it time to dream,
play station noises vibrate through glass,
I pods are charging, its all to fast;
Still the temperature is dropping, and it cold out here
This doorway has a draft, but the moons so clear.
This cardboard not enough to see me through,
I could do with a blanket ,maybe more than a few!
The full moon shinning , casting serene shadows;
The tarmac glistens, the roads are dead!
gardens are petrified waiting to be fed.
Some Bedrooms are glowing with TV screens,
Other knowing it time to dream,
play station noises vibrate through glass,
I pods are charging, its all to fast;
Still the temperature is dropping, and it cold out here
This doorway has a draft, but the moons so clear.
This cardboard not enough to see me through,
I could do with a blanket ,maybe more than a few!
