In Your Presence
To you this call goes out today
To you Dear GOD, I've come to say
Do you see whats gone on this day
My prayers seem to fall like me
Upon cold ground, on bended knee
It seems you've gone and left our side
Maybe today is your goodbye
This race you've made has lost concept
Of things you ask, all so perfect
In ignorance and arrogance
We go our way not making sense
Hard to believe we take for granted
All that we have that you have planted
To feed off of, to hydrate soul
Ungrateful is what mankind holds
I come to you with heavy heart
This world consumes what tears apart
The very need to seek your face
Destruction comes at rapid pace
Today as I look to the sky
I see your face and wonder why
Patience yours has kept at bay
Just wiping out each life that strays
My hope is that you still will give
Just one more day for us to live
To save one more for your Kingdom
To be your voice before we're done
