I am not into naming names, just into making rhyme
So I won't say which fellow poet is going on down the line
He has become disillusioned with all the hypocrisy here
He named no names, just regrets, I want to make that clear....
I want him to know I will miss his way of turning a phrase
How he through all his troubles still writes of sunshine days
May 'the gods that be' transport him to some poet paradise
And if he does find such a place, I would join him in a trice.....
Energetic magical mystery man of many moods and musings
Scaling heights and depths as with his soft words infusing
Sparkling riant sunshine into everything placed on the pages
Or deep brooding thoughts beyond all known poetic sages....
Gather your words and talents my energetic poetic friend
You might be the very one who finds the rainbow's end
Take with you my best wishes, you are indeed among the best
Now we will sit back and let history determine all the rest.....
