Today just another day
until I meet tomorrow
Yet I greet each day in smiles
leave behind no sorrow
Once I worried that
yesterday would never come
So I waited in trepidation
for the setting sun

each day is special day
Each day borrowed just for me

A day anticipated with my glee
And should one day I not awake
