Sometimes a broken heart
Has a harder time its so
To get back that fire
That once had it glow
Sometimes like a fire
When its had water on it poured
Has a lot of trouble ever burning again
As its lost the heat it once stored
You cannot blame the fire
For not burning as some say to do
After its been dampened so
Almost impossible its true
Come on they say burn again
As they all think it should
But it ll never burn again
Unless someone supplies the wood

Like a fire never burns again
How it wished that it could
It needs sunshine and not rain
