Let Jesus Weather The Storm

When life hurls and blows a storm
to where you are battered and torn
you are surrounded by debt and ruin
and black clouds seem to form.

Remember the day Jesus spoke
as the disciples looked in disbelief
He commanded the wind and battered rain
to cease and there they found their relief.

When this day approaches you
storm clouds fill your darken sky
and you like the disciples wonder
the simple question why I.

May Jesus carry you through
your dark clouds which gives pain
just let Jesus weather the storm
taking away the wind and rain.
