Liz's Poems
Rainbow
The color blue is for the sky.
It represents freedom.
The color purple represents a flower.
It brightens up someone's day.
A rainbow lives forever
And never dies.
The color red represents a robin.
It flies without a care in the world
But it flies where ever it is needed.
The color green represents nature.
No matter if it is a lake or rainforest
Every creature has a home.
A rainbow lives forever
And never dies.
The color orange represents a sunset.
It is for warmth from family and friends.
The color yellow represents the sun.
It is never selfish and it shines on you and me.
After a rainy day
Look out in the horizon
And you might just see that perfect rainbow.
Just remember that perfect rainbow
Lives forever
And never dies
It represents freedom.
The color purple represents a flower.
It brightens up someone's day.
A rainbow lives forever
And never dies.
The color red represents a robin.
It flies without a care in the world
But it flies where ever it is needed.
The color green represents nature.
No matter if it is a lake or rainforest
Every creature has a home.
A rainbow lives forever
And never dies.
The color orange represents a sunset.
It is for warmth from family and friends.
The color yellow represents the sun.
It is never selfish and it shines on you and me.
After a rainy day
Look out in the horizon
And you might just see that perfect rainbow.
Just remember that perfect rainbow
Lives forever
And never dies
