Demons
Take that bitter acrid tongue
I can smile I've done no wrong
Eat and choke the words you spew
I never wanted to know you
I lie not, only speak the truth
Blew my top right through my roof
I care not what they think of me
Its those that live in misery
Beneath the table pure and clean
I hide no demons in drawers unseen
Don't mix my words with lying eyes
Speak right out to those i despise
Never afraid to walk a long road
Face those demons, the ones that goad
Who are they that twist and turn
Give tickets out of no return
When my day is hard and long
Sing shall i, my favorite song
Wash my hair of all i dislike
Away they ride upon their bikes
Born to fight each enemy and foe
No sword or army as this girl you know
Stand again each time knocked down
By some foolish laughing clown
