Afghanistan

Is it possible to democratise that land?
Should we all talk and try to understand?

He huddled down in his secluded spot
Taking aim until he'd used every shot.
They came for him as he dozed.
His eyes sprang open wide,
To see them attacking
From each and every side.

He waited until they got close to it right
Then he took them with him in a blaze of light.
And the debris from the explosion
Pitter pattered to the ground
While high up above
Vultures circled around,

Just to ensure all was quiet and still
Before they landed to gorge their fill.
