Carpe Diem (Seize the day)

~ms~
Carpe Diem is a Latin phrase,
Its meaning, 'seize the day'.
Strength and courage are the golden rules
To make this statement pay.
Avarice and greed can soon destroy
The path you wish to tread.
Take some counsel from a higher source;
The wisdom inside your head.
Make sure each day that you set a goal,
A designated route:
Then follow that path through thick and thin,
No matter what's afoot.
Carpe Diem means seize the day,
Give hope and peace and love.
For it's only then that you'll receive
Rich blessings from above.
