Great Gain through Godliness
Being in the sight of God,
Who has made everything;
We give Him honor and laud,
Thanking for all He does bring.
In the sight of Jesus Christ,
For Pilate had testified;
And then He was sacrificed,
On the cross was crucified.
Until Lord Jesus reappears,
You must obey each command;
Waiting for when as it nears,
Our salvation will still stand.
In time God will make it known,
Of the coming of the day;
When Jesus will leave the throne,
To come back to earth and stay.
Until then keep doing good,
Be generous as you share;
Do things just as Jesus would,
And to talk to God in prayer.
You will store up your treasure,
Which will be your foundation;
That you finally measure,
Being a new creation.
