 Be As His Child
Be as His child that seeks the arms
That holds them close and safe from harm
Where nothing bad could come to them
Where CHRIST, Father is true Godsend

Be as His child that when you fell
Away from Him who still will tell
You He loves through thick and thin
You He won away from sin

Be as His child who sits on lap
Of Daddy theirs while taking naps
Where sweet dreams yours are His to give
Eternally this too you'll live

Be as His Child whose fingers run
Across the face and beard of one
They call Father, Spirit and Son
The Trinity, our GOD bar none

Be as His child that calls to Him
That knows this fight alone can't win
But with His help where arms stretched wide
Upon your cross He turned sins tide

Be as His child whose needs are met
Each day you wake and overslept
That He is all you'll ever need
Father who calls you loving seed

Be as His child who brings change to
A broken soul that needs love too
Who's life's searches have failed to find
Love such as His, one of a kind
