Not too long ago, there was a great dancer
When I see him dance,my heart is happy
He dances and taps and nice songs he sings
he makes me laugh and brings joy inside.
After all these years he's still remembered,
He was a dasher, a glancer and what a dancer,
When he sings and dances under the rain,
he moves me deep,I start to get moon-eyed.
He acted it and sang so good,and was a great dancer,
they say,he always looked for new things to learn,
That was his way to grow,and do new things,
for me Gene Kelly,can do no wrong.
I just love,Gene Kelly and Fred Astairs,they're great dancers,
and are unforgettable.They're the kings of dancing and song.
