This poem is a combination of circumstances and moments... and a life about to unfold.
As with most of my darker writes, there's always a bit of my sunshine..... those that know

This ebony write evokes insight
No monorhyme here? hmmmm perhaps right!
For life's colourful and far too bright
So here lies my depth in darkest night
With sunny rays shining new light!!

A white sky rules in subtle shade
Life expands in what's been made
No form be had or reasons known
Spilled on floor my tears are shown
Rhyme-n-reason evades this space
Dare not try- a hardship case
Downward head no look in eye
Darkness consumes- dare I try?
Has been once- all feels gone
Erasing voids with prewashed wand
But how is it I hear birds sing?
NO! I can't crack this window screen
For vultures wait to peer straight in
And mock my ways of where I've been
I see no faces- only backs now turned
My sentimental heart is easily burned
BUT WAIT!....
A white sky rules in shades of ray
Gift of love, brings sunshine day
Pure intentions gives reasons why
My love he begs…."baby please try"
