 CHILDHOOD DAYS

A child can't wait to be grown up
Just to get to do everything they can't
Until your my age
23
You'd wish you'd never grown up so fast
And lived every childhood day like it was your last
Coz i would give anything to go back
And redo that journey all over again

Redo the journey that i missed out on
Redo the journey coz i've been grownup and i know what its like
So live your childhood everyday like its your last
And enjoy every second of it
Coz it will never come back

You'll only dream it will
So live it like it is your last
Being grown up is boring
Its too much responsibility
too much confusion
Too much heartache
And too many risks
As well as stress

Carefree i'd want again
I'd go back for more
Just to be a child again
Innocent and carefree

You feel you can fly when you're young
But now i'm grownup all i can do is fall
And get up only to fall again

Maybe it might get better
But i will always remember
My childhood care free life
Of fun and excitement

I had to mature early
But i'd give anything to go back to relive what i missed out on

So make it a journey that is complete
Never try and mature too fast
You may not regret it if it was for a reason
But if it was just to stand out and to feel good
Why didn't you think of the future
Talk to your family
They'll tell you to be a child
Coz thats what you are
Coz they know the reality of being grownup

LIVE YOUR CHILDHOOD EVERYDAY AS IF ITS YOUR LAST
