stop and think
when you think your lifes denied
nothing left but suicide
all that was as now has gone
you tell yourself you cant go on
the life you had you now dread
tell yourself your better dead
its not the answer dont be blind
and think of those you leave behind
they can help if you only ask
this is quite an easy task
tell them how you really feel
they can help you make you heal
so start again from the top
and bring your denial to a stop.
