Remain Focused on Christ
Remind believers of the things,
Remembering of what God brings;
Charging them in the sight of Him,
Their cup has been filled to the brim.
Do not quarrel over the words,
That has made your life run backwards;
Scrapping does not do any good,
Causing to be misunderstood.
It only destroys those who hear,
The trust to make anger and fear;
And turning friendships into foes,
As hatred or discontent flows.
Always do your best to present,
That others will never resent;
As a true worker not ashamed,
About the truth being proclaimed.
Avoid the pointless discussions,
And be causing repercussions;
What they say spreads like a disease,
Killing off the fish in the seas.
So remain focused on the Christ,
Not letting yourself be enticed;
And by emotions in the way,
That will be causing you to stray.
