There are two different types of flame
One sets the flesh ablaze
for no care who gets burned in its lustful wake
The other causes purity to purge dross upon the heart away
The hottest fire is in the midst of the blue flame
Which comes from the Sapphire Throne where Holiness has a name
To be called to dance in its midst
where the tip emerges pure whiteness
I have felt the fires of flesh
Beckoning and calling ~ but nothing compares to this
There is a passion that goes deeper
An all consuming fire who is the keeper
He is the GOD who answers by fire
Makes His ministers His flame
Nothing can quell that which calls you higher
His name remains in the deepest core
Holy righteous anger blue flame rises up beneath
To be all that He has made and called it to be
Tongues of fire radiate around those baptized in His way
Setting eyes aflame and hearts ablaze
For LOVE is all consuming in its wake
Takes no less of its love captive than all
Heart easily surrenders to His call
Consume me and blanket me in this flame
For my deepest desire is only for Your way
Surround me in Your wall of fire
Let the enemy do what he will
For Your fire will remain still
Hotter than any flame of hell
Your love consumes me o so well
