This World I Now See
i am a small portion of this world i see and feel its pain i see its demise people afraid not caring isolated this is the world i now see and feel there was a time of pride of who we were a world in strife growing and learning people who once cared now they fight this is the world i now see and feel where safety now means hiding in homes where life fears of snipers and terrorist gangs roam streets life a thing of the past this is the world i now see and feel where the family once was the focal point ups and downs understood caring accepted love meant more than self everyone shared this is the world i now see and feel what happened to the values we once had what happened to respect we once shared what happened to this world we once knew this is the world i now see and feel Vote for this poem
