pet life

im just a little rabbit and i became a pet
they locked me in a cage then me did forget
i was just a novelty i was something new
though it only lasted for a week two
forgetting all about in my little cage
just like a reading book i was just another page
now have to struggle and put up with my strife
i thought that peoples pets were supposed to last for life.
