 Tomorrow's His, Not Yours
Age we do as seconds pass
These first few lines may be our last
Yet in my ear are whispered words
That trigger things that will occur

In one short breath no less than this
Could just become what we will miss
The call to come and kneel before
What most ignore salvation gored

Laugh you may but be advised
There is no room for you to hide
What is His truth that calls to you
The child one birthed He gave breath too

Today becomes another trial
To test your faith turn up the dial
That sets apart the world from you
Freeing the soul He beckons to

No need to sweat details all His
No form to fill or check on list
Just say the words GOD longs to hear
Point to your heart and say start here

Second chances are far and few
In knowing what becomes of you
For one day all will be concerned
Of calls He made and not returned

The days grow short and shorter too
Will be the chance of having you
There where He made room to come
Speaking these words,
Well done, good and faithful servant, welcome
