Monogamy, LAW OF THE LAND? Who says? Who made that up?
America has no official religion; therefore, neither a
Xristian nor a so-called Jewish Politician nor a
so-called Supreme Court Justice can make the
Islamic Laws governing marriage illegal.
Wouldn't that be unconstitutional?
America has distinguished itself by having the highest
rate of divorce, the highest rate of illegitimate births
and the greatest number of abortions on the planet.
Some places in America have legalized prostitution and
have sanctioned the marriage of Jaspers and gaylords.
These same American states, districts and cities that
approve of prostitution and civil unions between Sodomites
refuse to acknowledge the legality of polygyny.
How can people with a broken moral compass direct others
to follow their clearly wrong path?
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...
This is stated under Article 1 of the Bill of Rights of
the United States Constitution. America has no official state
sanctioned religion. People are therefore entitled to participate
in and practice the religious faith of their choosing.
The government shall make no law to prohibit the free exercise
In America you are free to practice the faith of your choosing.
No one can force their religious views upon another by declaring
their religion to be "the official state authorized religion."
A non Muslim participant at this site made a statement that
she was in favor of the legalization of polygyny. One would
conclude from her remark that polygeny is presently illegal.
How did she arrive at that conclusion? Upon what foundation
did she base her conclusion? What set of criteria did she use?
Was it her Xristian bible? And if so, where in the bible is that
information to be found? Is it to be found in the Old testament
or New Testament?
Checkout what the Xristians referred to as the old testament
in the Books of: Exodus 21:10, 1 Kings 11:3, Deuteronomy 21:15.
These are only a few of the verses that sanction and acknowledge
the legality of the institution of polygyny in the bible.
In addition to that, our beloved prophet Isa (Jesus) who was
of the lineage of the prophet Da'ud (AS), has unambiguously
stated that he followed the Laws of Musa (Moses). He didn't
invent a new religion nor did he rename the religion of Musa (AS).
He makes that perspicuously clear in the following:
"Do not think that I have come to
abolish the Law (the Old Testament)
or of the Prophets; I have not come
to abolish them but to fulfill them.
I tell you the truth, until heaven
and earth disappear, not the smallest
letter, not the least stroke of a pen,
will by any means disappear from the
Law (the Old Testament) until everything
The Book of Matthew 5:17-18"
As you see from the aforementions biblical text neither
Xristianity nor Judaism made polygyny unlawful. So,
if the bible didn't forbid it... who did? Was it some old
homosexual pedophile priest who made monogamy the law for
Xristians? Xristians and Jews live in a self created world
of fantasy. They mouth monogamy as they practice and
promote adulterous liasons in theater, novels, artworks,
cinema and song. Modern day so-call Xristians and Jews don't
practice what is in their own books so, how could they have
the right to mandate the matrimonial practices of Muslim people?
