Make It So
This heart today brings it's need
Before you Father, I bend now knees
Seeking your face and know that change
Is what you bring so please arrange
My day will cross with many things
That hurt and think the least of things
Of me that needs your warm embrace
Changing whats felt, read on my face
You know my soul more than I do
You called to me, said come unto
Where you will carry my cross too
As burdens mine number quite few
Bring your rain to fall on me
To open eyes today don't see
That you are still much in control
You in arms today me hold
There is a word that does express
You dear GOD deserve no less
Than soul of mine to follow you
To hold to beauty tried and true
This thirst today that weakens me
Seeks to drink what you give freely
A place to rest my weary soul
A place where warmth restores untold
Beautiful is what comes to mind
Giving sight to me once blind
Just one of many gifts yours bled
That nurtures me and those unfed
Tens of millions will need today
A word spoken of you we pray
Transforming one to know you make
Something beautiful, of you partake
