 Clutching the Hourglass by wings2fly2heaven 3 26 2010

CLUTCHING THE HOURGLASS

And so this title was born tonight

For he inspired this one to write

Willingly primed and ready to touch

This hourglass instead in time I clutch

I wait with grace with pure love's ease

As delicate grains track my timeless pleas

Verses formed yet feel once to never

Let's shake this hourglass faster together

Tic Toc…..shall this heart understand?

Grains sift slower into mountains of sand

So apart we are; but one and the same

Our life …our time, he's now calling my name
