FAITHS TEST
As I wept through my sorrows
YOU gave a new song
In my weakest of moments
YOU proved YOU were strong
Disillusioned-despondent-
in doubt and depressed
for certain I thought
I had failed my faiths test
buried deep down laid
my faiths tiny frail seed
Yes, YOU bent down to hear
my weak pitiful plead
I'm so grateful faith
does not depend just on me
and that, You God are patient
till GREAT - FAITH YOU see
for the testings of faith
many times leaves me worn
Yet YOUR FAITHFULNESS
is as sure as each morn
I thank YOU MIGHTY GOD
for everything YOU are
for the lessons taught
and for the growth gained thus far.
