You sent me here for a reason, my God did I have a choice
My future unknown from my heavenly home, I never heard your voice
Taken from the side of my friend to face an unknown future
There was no pain where I came from, happiness was the way
The trip I made from eternity has taken this all away
My Lord take me home, I'm all alone in this place you sent me to
I want to come home and spend my time with you
I've had enough as I cry alone, you know I had no choice
My Lord please take me home with you. I wait to hear your voice
I'll find peace again and sing amen
