Godly Happiness
Blessed is any man,
Walks not in the way;
With an evil plan,
That will make him stray.
Nor stands in the path,
With a bunch of fools;
Who will feel the wrath,
For breaking the rules.
Nor sit with the rude,
That never respects;
Nor shows gratitude,
But rather rejects.
Instead he delights,
In the Law of God;
While he incites,
To honor and laud.
He will meditate,
In the Law all day;
And not hesitate,
In the night to pray.
For he will cherish,
The Word of the Lord;
And will not perish,
But have his reward.
