All Things New
No more a human point of view,
Because it is no longer you;
God gave you the love and wisdom,
For thinking about His Kingdom.
If our thoughts were just like Christ,
Then we would not be so enticed;
By every last earthly thing,
That our hands will grab and cling.
A believer has salvation,
Since he is a new creation;
And the old way had disappeared,
No longer should it be adhered.
You have a new way of living,
God gave a way of forgiving;
For allowing you to outlast,
Your old life that was in the past.
All of this Jehovah has done,
Through His love and Jesus His Son;
Having a path being assured,
The relationship is restored.
So humanity has a way,
As long as we trust and obey;
For trading a life that is old,
For a new one as pure as gold.
