Comedy
There is always room in ones life for some comedy
It is always so refreshing to enjoy some moments of hilarity
Because it can be considered the ideal remedy
To counteract those situation that can be so melancholy.
Take for instance when being involve in a discussion
In those heated moments there can be a lot of tension
To get thing on a more calmer and cooler nature
A digression that brings out laughter provides that answer
.
At seminars, workshops and even a formal lecture
One is human and the mind and thoughts will wander
But facilitators quite alert use some verbal gymnastics
Will say something to bring a smile or laughter to the lips.
For those who like to attend the theatre or the movies
There will be some aspects that will not suit the fancies
Both the producer and director know the time and slot
To inject a comical scene to hold the attention of the lot.
Some people like comedy in a live and verbal frame
But there are authors whose works have some laughter to gain
Shakespeare wrote one in which a queen of such royalty
Fell hopelessly in love with that appears to be a donkey.
A friend sometime ago was feeling so down and out
Not knowing what to do so he walked needlessly about
Was subjected to a comedy at which he had great laughter
After which he was so relieved and said his burden felt lighter.
