Woman
It is written in the pages of history quite clearly
Always about man being in the ascendancy
But as always time brought along changes
Now women are taking their rightful places on life stages
As expected there will be others who do not want to change the status quo
Holding on firmly to dated ideologies and wouldn't let go
But all around them there is the breaking of the glass ceiling
And to those heights and beyond women are reaching
Then there are other who would forget
To show that respect and perish that thought of a sex object
This type of behavior is considered a form of harassment
And they find themselves quite hastily in a state of unemployment
No matter what one will always sing praises to no other
Than the special and wonderful woman call mother
She is the one with a stern hand and instilling discipline
That kept them always in that straight line.
Possessing that ability and can so easily
Manage the tasks of work and still raise her family
Yes will sit a coworker, supervisor , manager and in the board room
Using knowledge expertise to make the company boom
They still will demonstrate sensitivity which is sentiment of humanity
And always that gentleness , elegance warmth and femininity
And still will have that symmetry the is characteristic of their beauty
But treat with respect and dignity, and be aware of their equality
In a situation during an altercation this man his partner he try to deride
Her response remember biblically the female was made for the side
Since it was said that the rib was the progenitor
It is by your side I will stay better know it sooner rather than later.
At the side of every man, be he a pauper, or leader there is a woman
Who provides that comfort, support and sometimes a workable solution
Sitting back observing , listening and mind working so intensely
Can render that degree of well needed objectivity.
Who can remember Julius Caesar's lot
Did not listen to his wife's dream of his assassination plot
He went along with the conspirator quite happily
Later he fell dead on the Statue of his archenemy Pompey

Had to break down barriers and over come hurdles so plentifully
Why does systems and processes demonstrates that proclivity
To frustrated, infuriated than to open the arms cordially,
