Trying to overstand the plan
of my design;
been down roads that were narrow,
but most of them have been wide;
compromised personal goals to help others
look for fools gold;
exposed foes that tried to decipher
the warrior's creed;
journeyed to lands where people
treat dogs with more respect than
they do their fellow man;
accommodated folks;
but in the end was the butt of their jokes;
from righteous way
to negative boulevard,
plans evolved have dissolved,
problems never resolved, so now
I stand with two choices at hand...
get busy dying or
get busy living...
