Success
On us the norms of society can place some intense stress
Because of the tendency to only give recognition in times of success
So we subject ourselves to all the strains and pains some quite excessively
And therefore would never find the time to live and enjoy life's beauty.
As human beings we all have some goals, hopes and aspirations
These of course will demand much time and attention
But at the same time some balance must be incorporated
So as that the other areas around should be duly appreciated
In this need to succeed , some with others form an association
Hoping in this atmospheres it may come by the way of transposition
Readily trying to fit in to show there are a member of the crowd
But the evidence of the true meaning always rings loud.
Then others will always have the inclination that in order to be successful
There must be an abundance of materialistic good and very plentiful
Will make a spectacle and even have an exhibition
Displaying the accumulation, and more so if it's the latest version.
It is heartening to see those who have no objection
To help and show others a new and meaningful direction
This show of unselfishness is such a remarkable deed
Not only have they, but have passed on ideas to succeed
How can we measure a person's success? What is the best test?
Is it material, riches, assets, lifestyle where will the decision rest?
I think that we try to take out measurement by society's yardstick
Thus totally ignoring the pain on our lives that this inflicts.
In everything to succeed the proven combination of inspiration and perspiration
Always the two most important and integral factors in this equation
Yes there are other elements in life's recipe
That will bring success if mixed and blended proportionately.
