IN MY GARDEN GROWS

When Sis died I knew of
 her love of Lillie's
In my garden I planted
the Praying Mantis Lilly
Mom she preferred roses
Red her favorite color
My sister was taken on
Mom's birthday years later
Both died on January 19th
But I have always known
I have two angels watching
I would see the garden snake
 that scares the wife
I would tell her Mom left it
 behind to guard my garden
Today I looked and next to
the Praying Mantis Lilly sprout
And under the red rose
running to hide a baby snake
So beautiful my garden grows
I looked to heaven so Mom knows
They are both safe with Jesus
My but how watched from above
In memories my garden glows

Some of you on Mother's day might
find a message from me:

Find a mother who is praised
and you will find a child who
was blessed. Jeri, Cheryl and
I were doubly blessed by Mom
In your sad life you gave your
all to us your children thanks Mom
