One can see the significant growth in many of those nations
That have make it a must to invest in their people's education
This has given the necessary engine to keep a sustained development
And also an available source from which they can select for employment
To some this situation has improve their standard of living
It has also cause and impact on the rising cost of living
Because now those people have to be paid better salaries
As the qualification has made the person more marketable and now value carries
As you grow and mature you always heard a particular song
In life to get along it demands that you get a good education
So time is taken to focus work hard and quite studiously
Going those the various stages and would go right up to the PHD.
Then after going through all those years of studying and expense
In the workforce though you may look dignified all you need to apply is commonsense
Though you look impressive with all those qualification initials behind the name
Then an external sources can readily put you in the unemployment lane
Even though one is educated, one should be mindful and have that understanding
That even with all those perceived skills that “nobody owes you a living.”
Be mindful that you can perform and function quite proficiently
But some where a person equally qualified , can work even more cheaply.
Education to some had created a sort of pride and so they will contend
That there are not doing certain job as they believe it is beneath them
Just standing aloof apparently in a preconceived tower of erudition
Thus making themselves part of a problem, not a workable solution.
It has been recorded that many an employer referred to and tend to relegate
Many of those current graduated to a state of functional illiterates
Bringing along some attitudes and even though some knowledge and information
However are lost when they have to apply it in a practical situation.
Many penitential bosses comment when they read some of the letters of applications
Lack substance and readily deviate from the intended situation
Because sometimes the pattern does not suit the sort of letter for the occasion
And the structure and the language used is a disaster and an abomination.
There are many who get that stuck up and will used an education
Letting it impress on them a type of social division
So by setting themselves up to relate to those in a comparative capacity
Hoping and perhaps intending to create a sort of virtual hegemony.
As always then keep growing and see education as one of life's tools
