The radiant dawns in the far of Sky
Spread out their garments for Thee!
The nectar yielding cows of the Sun
Milk their pure treasures for Thee!
O God! You have let loose the finest
Breezes from the womb of heavens.
You are the ocean of mercy. Seven Regions
Of the universe exist under Your law.
You have transcended the Earth and Heavens.
Yours are the stars,the Moon and the Sun.
All Your names are worthy of adoration.
Obeisance unto Thee O Lord of Time Eternal!
Give sight to our minds,so, we will be able
To see the world as a whole and in detail.
O God, verily a hundred autumns lie before us
Within which You cause decay of our bodies,
Within which, the sons become fathers.
O God, don’t break in the middle, the course
Of our fleeting life. Let not my thread of life
Be broken while I am contemplating Your glory
Nor the measure of my work cut out before time
Break not, O God, our ancestral loving friendship
As I am one with sacred knowledge and a sage
May I be ever youthful in Your friendship!
May You lengthen our days on the Earth,
So that, we may live in Your lovely friendship.
Give freedom for our minds and for our lives!
O Lord, bestow on us the best treasures:
Efficient mind and immortal wisdom,
Increase of wealth and health,
Sweetness of speech, and
The fairness of days!
