There are three major factors
Emptiness must reflect
For an empty gospel
To be of effect.
Without emptiness fullness
Can't be obtained.
So how might these factors
Be fully explained?
Seems, first and foremost,
An empty Cross must decide
That once and for all
The Christ was crucified.
Yet He no longer hangs
As a payment for sin.
But sits at the Right Hand
Of the Father again!
Next, a cold empty tomb
Where confirmation echoes
There's no body in sight!
No one lies in repose!
O, what could this mean?
What is the connection?
It's complex yet simple...
It's called The Resurrection!
The final witness is quick
To confirm He arose...
The so carefully folded
But empty Grave Clothes!
Still stained with His Blood
Still scented with spice.
A reminder to all
God, Himself, paid the price!
We must be empty of self...
Be Filled with the Spirit!
Cling to that empty Cross...
Always love and revere it!
Because as the fourth factor,
We must witness the call
That a life filled with Jesus
Isn't empty at all.

~~**AUTHOR'S NOTE~~**
The Cross of Jesus Christ is the way
of salvation. His shed blood is the
major factor...its the means by which
we are washed of sin and made ready for
Heaven. We must not major in minors while
lost souls are slipping away to a Christless
eternity. If we are to witness, we must
preach the Cross and Christ crucified. This
is the Gospel and it is indeed Good News!
"By the which will we are sanctified
through the offering of the body of
Jesus Christ once for all.
And every priest standeth daily minis-
tering and offering oftentimes the same
sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
But this man, after He had offered one
sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at
the right hand of God."
Hebrews 10:10-12
".....They have taken away the Lord out
of the sepulchre , and we know not where
they have laid Him."
John 20-2
"Then cometh Simon Peter following, and went
into the sepulchre and seeing the linen
clothes lie."
And the napkin that was about His head, not
lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped
together in a place by itself."
John 20:6-7
"But be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess,
but be filled with the Spirit."
Ephesians 5:18
"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye
shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh."
Galatians 5:16
"But God forbid that I should glory, save in
the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom
the world is crucified unto me, and I unto
the world."
Galatians 6:14
