Singer of Today
Tell me what is it that we call music today
Some of those songs do not worth getting airplay
Badly constructed , seemed to lack imagination and also poor in melody
Only word that seem fitting is to say that they sound like a cacophony
With all the modern technology so readily available
And so much expert help available at their disposal
That it is hard to understand why that they so easily
Produces something so substandard and laced with mediocrity
Let us take a look a the effect of the visual impact
This have provided another opportunity and that is a fact
But most of ladies used this as an outlet to draw attention to the shapely body
But the singing is disjointed and there is little harmony
What is the difference between the female singers now and then?
This question should pose very little problem
They could sing and their voices touch you so totally
They did not have to dress clingingly or scantily
When you hear one of those golden songs of gold
Some fond memories touch you to the soul
You could always relates to some moment in time
That a particular song relate to something in the mind,
