A Blessing to Bloom
Return to the Lord your God,
Since you have stumbled in sin;
Confess to what you are flawed,
So a new life you begin.
Return to the Lord your God,
And say these things unto Him;
Forgive me being a fraud,
Make my life bright and not dim.
Then praise the Lord with your tongue,
Give Him love forevermore;
Onto Heaven it be flung,
On the far and distant shore.
God will cure unfaithfulness,
And will freely send His love;
Filling you with blessedness,
And booking your room above.
His love will be like the dew,
As you blossom like flowers;
As a child in His view,
Protecting with His powers.
You will be like a fine wine,
No longer rooted with tripe;
And the grapes upon your vine,
Are the best when they are ripe.
